ByBrett Pilgrim

Many factors are taken into account when choosing where to buy real estate in Adelaide, with art-lovers no doubt thinking about how they can indulge their passion.

Burnside is one of the city’s most prominent cultural hubs – and the Pepper Street Arts Theatre is one of the best places to visit if you are local to the area.

With a hectic schedule of events all year round, the Pepper Street Arts Theatre is a must-see for anyone who likes to get in touch with their creative side.

Little Treasures is just one of the exhibitions planned over the coming weeks – taking place on December 21, entry to the show is free and will give you some unique last-minute Christmas gift ideas.

Another event on the calendar that is sure to be a hit with those living in property in Burnside is The Era We Live In, which includes input from 21 local artists.

Running from January 17 to February 7, highlights include a painting demonstration from Claire Foord, a digital slideshow by local Burnside youth groups and live music from the Burnside Symphony Orchestra.

Running alongside will be the Wild and Wonderful exhibition, which is a mixed media show created by more than 30 artists from the surrounding area.
